Gabriel is a cat who formerly emulated Garfield, much to the dismay of the latter. He lives with an owner who is similar to Jon Arbuckle and an Odie-like dog named Ollie.
Personality
Gabriel initially behaves in a very similar way to Garfield, which includes eating lasagna, kicking Ollie off the table, disturbing the mailman, and even using similar catchphrases as Garfield.
After a bit of conflict, he admits that he's looked up to Garfield and tried to be like him, but ultimately went too far and lost his own identity. His behavior changes after Garfield puts him through a workout of doing non-Garfield things, resulting in him becoming a muscular cat with his own personality.
