Grey DeLisle Griffin (born August 24, 1973 as Erin Grey Van Oosbree) is an American actress, comedian, and recording artist.

DeLisle is best known for roles such as Vicky from The Fairly Oddparents, Emily from Clifford the Big Red Dog, Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Sam Manson from Danny Phantom, Frankie Foster from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Wubbzy from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, Frida Suárez from El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Betty Brant from The Spectacular Spider-Man, Amanda Valenciano Libre from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and some of the Loud sisters from The Loud House. She has also performed modern portrayals of Daphne Blake from Scooby-Doo, Betty Rubble from The Flintstones, Olive Oyl from Popeye, and Jane Jetson from The Jetsons.

DeLisle has also been heard in The Powerpuff Girls, Rugrats, The Weekenders, Codename: Kids Next Door, Evil Con Carne, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Xiaolin Showdown, Justice League Unlimited, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, My Gym Partner's A Monkey, Ultimate Avengers, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Bolt, Firebreather, Generator Rex, T.U.F.F.
