Charles Elmer "RipTaylor Jr. (January 13, 1931 - October 6, 2019) was an American actor and comedian. He was known for showering people, including himself, with confetti.

Taylor made notable appearances in The Ed Sullivan Show, The Jackie Gleason Show, The Monkees, The Brady Bunch Hour, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, Down to Earth and The Kids in the Hall. He was a panelist on Match Game in both the 1970s, where he substituted for Charles Nelson Reilly, and the early 1990s. His other game show credentials include Hollywood Squares, Super Password, To Tell the Truth and The Gong Show. He hosted The $1.98 Beauty Show.

Taylor appeared in movies such as The Happy Hooker Goes to Washington, ChatterboxThings Are Tough All Over, Indecent Proposal and Wayne's World 2.

As a voice actor, Taylor portrayed the title character of Here Comes the Grump, C.J. from Scooby Goes Hollywood, the genie from DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp, Uncle Fester from the 1992 animated version of The Addams Family and the Royal Record Keeper from The Emperor's New School.
